Participants all around the world compete in the exact same course format, for time. Comparable worldwide rankings make HYROX the first and only global fitness race for every body.

There are four different race categories to choose from, making it accessible and challenging, no matter what level of fitness or experience. HYROX serving people of all backgrounds and abilities on their fitness journeys to create a healthy lifestyle. Categories include Team Relay, Doubles, Individual Open and Individual Pro.
