Join the community at the 18th annual Feria de Los Moles, a vibrant culinary festival honoring one of Mexico’s most iconic dishes. Sample a wide variety of moles—from Mole Poblano and Mole Negro-Oaxaca to Mole Vegano—and enjoy seasonal delicacies prepared by guest chef Margarita Villegas from Puebla.

This year’s festivities also feature the debut of the Mole Combi vehicle, bringing festival spirit to the streets of Los Angeles, plus a special performance by the Voladores de Papantla, a ritual dance from Veracruz recognized for its cultural symbolism.

📖 Learn more about mole’s history as a symbol of cultural fusion between indigenous and Spanish traditions, and discover why Los Angeles now recognizes October 7 as the Day of Mole.
