THE STATE OF THINGS -
“The nature of the NGO scams is to have a cause that sounds philanthropic, like ‘Save the Orphans of Sadville’
and then they pocket the money and zero actual orphans are helped.” — Elon Musk
“You can’t get rich in politics unless you’re a crook.”-- President Harry S. Truman
The exorcism against the status quo is remarkable, and it must occur. What is the status quo? The status quo is essentially endless federal spending that drives the United States into functional bankruptcy. Then there is relentless usurious oppression through taxation, legal warfare, and regulations so excessive they infringe upon the inalienable rights elucidated by the Declaration of Independence. This current situation represents a bureaucratic assault on life, liberty, health, and the pursuit of happiness.
Nothing illustrates this better than the widely publicized legislation Congress passed in 2022, which targets middle-class taxpayers with 87,000 armed IRS agents. Every transaction, such as paying the teenage girl down the block $25 to babysit without reporting it, is viewed by DC revenuers as money laundering. With a $36 trillion deficit, every penny somehow counts. Yet, when it comes to federal spending, actions that could be seen as fraud, waste, abuse, corruption, kickbacks, unauthorized payments, hush money, blackmail, bribes, influence peddling, outrageous overcharges, and even money sent to terrorist organizations suddenly become of vital national interest and should continue unfettered and unscrutinized for those who benefit from this largess.
Furthermore, the Congressional Department of Governmental Efficiency Subcommittee discovered in 2003 that there had been $2.7 trillion in improper Medicare and Medicaid payments to overseas people who are not entitled to such payments. This represents almost 8% of the current deficit. A staggering figure that underscores the persistent vulnerabilities across government programs. “In fiscal year 2023 alone, improper payments totaled $236 billion, spanning 71 federal programs. The scope of this problem is not limited to any single agency or initiative—Medicaid, Medicare, Unemployment Insurance, and SNAP continue to be plagued by fraud, mismanagement, and outdated verification systems that allow ineligible recipients and criminal networks to exploit loopholes.” - Haywood Talcove, CEO of LexisNexis Risk Solutions for Government.
This quote attributed to Senator Everett Dirksen, “A billion here, a billion there, and pretty soon you're talking about real money,” has become so cliched because the amount of money thrown into rat holes and sewers is so large that it numbs the brain. This is the most colossal theft the world has ever seen. Grand larceny does not describe the systematic looting of the US taxpayers. We need a new term that somehow describes the scale of this heinous absconding of the public coffers. Maybe Larcenss-Infitius?
This also explains why the Democrats in Congress, the Deep State (DS), Rinos, and the Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), which are actually governmental organizations without accountability or oversight, fought so hard against Trump: they feared this unlimited cornucopia of billions, potentially trillions, of dollars in cash payments would stop, and they intended to hide it from the American people until the end of time.
While the term Deep State is bandied about, I would like to define it. Dr. Robert Malone, in his book PsyWar, describes it thus: “the deep state is a type of governance made-up of potentially secret and unauthorized networks of power operating independently of a state's political leadership in pursuit of their own agenda and goals. Kash Pramod Patel, President Trump's pick to run the FBI, defines the deep state “as a sinister cabal of corrupt law enforcement personnel, intelligence agents, and military officials at the highest levels of government plotting to overthrow a president. Even after they failed, they continued secretly pulling the levers of power without accountability to the American people.” According to Mr. Patel, this is currently happening to the United States government.
President Trump has been a threat since 2016 to the different silos that the DS operates in. For instance, there is a military and foreign policy silo that decides who is our friend and who is our enemy and what we should do about them. There's also a medical industrial complex that decides what treatments are prescribed for specific diseases or how many vaccines an infant gets. Since the day Trump came down, the escalator in Trump Tower, he has been a threat to the Deep State’s Overton Window; therefore, in the DS’s mind, Trump must be eliminated. The two assassination attempts that we know of against candidate Trump validate this. This is also why Trump is so ridiculed and demonized by the mainstream media and the political opposition.
For years, Beltway Politicians and the DS have used the federal government as their own personal ATM, diverting billions to political allies under the guise of climate change, DEI, social justice programs, or to their support of NGOs in and out of the Country. Or funding mainstream media to present fictions that are favorable to their narratives all over the world. If you want a brief overview of just a couple hundred mind-blowing expenditures by the USAID, a now notorious government agency, you can listen to Senator Kennedy rattle off 90 minutes of some of the most egregious examples your tax dollars have been spent on, all in his Foghorn Leghorn accent.
The absurd funding of ridiculous projects, such as rats on cocaine or figuring out do sunfish get drunker on tequila or vodka, are established to steal and launder money. The recipients of these fake projects receive the money and recycle most of it back to the government or to selected pockets to fund behind-the-scenes activities such as lawfare, gain-of-function research, climate change, regime change, and censorship. This egregious recycling of funds has allowed officials at all levels of government to become multi-millionaires, effectively stealing our money.
If you oppose the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), you essentially support waste, fraud, abuse, theft, corruption, and possibly treason. Regardless of your party, moral turpitude is not a good look. Another interesting tell is that Washington, DC and the suburbs of Virginia are the places where individuals swore an oath to uphold the Constitution and serve as decent, hardworking civil servants for the American people—is currently the number one location in the country seeking criminal attorneys, with a staggering 350% increase in Google searches.
Another great idea emerging from DOGE is to audit all these bureaucrats and politicians who have become multi-millionaires while drawing a modest salary of around $200,000 annually. A prime example is Senator Elizabeth Warren, whose net worth now exceeds $12 million. And who could forget Nancy Pelosi's incredible luck in the stock market? It couldn't possibly be insider information, could it? Regardless, poor Nancy isn’t worried about the price of eggs; her advantageous position has earned her $240 million. One wonders if that wealth also stems from some very lucrative contracts and land deals that might have benefited Paul Pelosi, her husband. Rino Senator Mitch McConnell is worth $95 million. It is probably safe to surmise that Washington, DC, is ground zero for the most extraordinary racketeering operation of all time.
Even though some of the funding is being cut off, there remains enough money for left-leaning activists to find judges who will rule via injunction or technical restraining orders to allow the corruption to persist. For instance, a federal judge ordered the National Institutes of Health to continue allocating 60% of its grant money to overhead costs. This rate will bankrupt any private enterprise, and when the DOGE team attempted to reduce it to the standard 15%, the judge mandated otherwise.
This situation is truly extraordinary in terms of judicial overreach. The judge in this case is neither interpreting the law nor protecting anyone's rights nor settling a dispute between two parties. It is raw support of systemic fraud and outrageously high overheads for shockingly little scientific advancement accept gain of function.
Another nefarious instance of judicial malfeasance and malpractice involves John J. McConnell Jr. from Rhode Island. He secured his judgeship by funneling $700,000 in direct contributions to the senators who confirmed his appointment. From the bench, he ordered that the money continue flowing through compromised channels. He has no constitutional authority, no jurisdiction over the country's Chief Executive, and no legal precedent; this is merely the preservation of the status quo to protect and abetting fraud in the system. These judges have been tasked with administering justice impartially. Judge McConnell has a significant conflict of interest because his daughter, Catherine McConnell, holds a senior position in the Department of Education, which could be dissolved.
Another judge, John Bates, and his wife, Carol Rhees, a U.S. AID grant recipient for her charity, Hope for Children in Ethiopia, ordered the president to restore payments without recusal or disclosure from him. In fact, three separate judges ordered the destruction of evidence within 24 hours of uncovering the illegal payments. Why?
The president's press secretary, Karoline Levitt, recently expressed concern that the extent and persistence of embedded interests in maintaining the system surpasses our expectations. People vote for a president to establish policies. We didn’t vote for unelected ideological judges to overturn the president, particularly when he is carrying out his election mandate to eradicate fraud, waste, and corruption. These judges waging war on executive authority have initiated a new form of judicial tyranny. The judiciary was never intended to serve as a partisan weapon.
Every ruling against DOGE safeguards billions of dollars in wasteful spending. They serve only one purpose: to uphold the DS’s money laundering scheme. When judges ignore their constitutional limitations, they don't violate their oaths; they demonstrate to everyone that the foundation of the republics is as solid as a bowl of Jello. These orders from the judges aren't about the law and judicial philosophy; they are about sustaining established fraud.
These judges must be impeached or removed. Article 3, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution states that judges in both the Supreme and Inferior Courts hold their positions during good behavior. If misconduct is proven, the process to remove these judges must be initiated. Higher courts must ultimately prevail in the fight for America and the Constitution. The Supreme Court will act as the final arbiter, and the outcome of this legal battle will be as crucial as the Battles of Waterloo, Stalingrad, Gettysburg, Iwo Jima, and Normandy.
We who are now aware of the fraud, waste, corruption, and abuse demand justice. We want to see those responsible for the most significant financial crime in history fired, humiliated, led away in handcuffs, and brought to court. Nothing less will satisfy us or deter future elected, unelected, and appointed officials from taking over the reins of government and working against the interests of the people of the United States.
We cannot let this perversion of justice, this looting of the treasury, and this aiding and abetting of our enemies at our expense stand. This is not only about law and order; it is about preserving the Constitution of the United States and not having a permanent unelected bureaucracy rule over us forever. This oligarchic rule of the judges must not stand. It violates the separation of powers and the supremacy clause of the US Constitution, which mandated a strong executive to manage the affairs of the country.
Democracy Forward, described by the NY Times as a liberal-leaning lawfare organization, has gathered over 800 lawyers and 200 organizations to litigate the 600 priority legal threats the Trump administration could propose or enact through laws or executive actions they oppose. This group aims to serve as the central hub for legal opposition against the Trump administration. One must question whether this represents a reasonable form of checks and balances or an act of treason to undermine Trump and Congress. If their lawfare prevails, it will only put the country on a path that can only lead to pain and national insolvency.
While the systematic looting and over-taxation of America constitutes an ultra-serious crime, it may pale in comparison to the global campaign of misleading and misdirecting nearly ¾ of a billion people daily through misleading news stories and propaganda that may have poisoned their minds. WikiLeaks has revealed that USAID funneled almost half a billion dollars into a secretive U.S. government-funded NGO called Internews Networks, which worked with 4,291 media outlets to produce 4,799 hours of broadcasts in a single year, reaching an audience of up to 778 million people and training over 9,000 journalists, all in support of social media censorship efforts.
It is time for our elected representatives to establish the laws instead of a managerial class of bureaucrats whose only concern is the process of endless paperwork and fees. These unaccountable apparatchiks care nothing about outcomes, except for the preservation of their fiefdoms, money, and power. The fact that political appointees, even if they don black robes, can usurp the will of the electorate demonstrates that the entire system is rigged. If the USA is to survive as a Democratic Republic, it requires a major reset with dedicated Civil Servants who put the country first instead of getting rich via the usurping and diverting of public funds.
