Let’s Roll!

LOS ANGELES

420 FILE-Limiting LA’s retail and delivery cannabis licensing to only social equity applicants until Jan. 1, 2025 represents a significant and impactful change to our community.

It empowers those disproportionately affected Angelenos through new eligibility criteria, allowing community entrepreneurs a chance at generational wealth through respectful equity partnerships.

With reduced capacity retail and curbside pickup being the “new normal” during these unprecedented times, legal cannabis delivery provides service to LA residents in a safe and convenient manner, along with revenue to the City. Legacy and pioneer operators will prosper in a licensed capitalized environment, healing our neighborhoods and eliminating the need for illicit activity.

As it's allowed primarily in commercial and industrial zones: C1, C1.5, C2, C4, CM, M1, M2 and M3, and 600’ from schools, non-storefront cannabis delivery is a boon for “La La Land'' real estate. If you’ve got parking and a smaller space (1,000-1,500 sf), you may already be a winner!

With a New Year on the horizon, the air is filled with opportunity and optimism. Hollywood will be “buzzing” again soon, with hotels filled with tourists requiring the convenience of in-room service.

It’s a dynamite combination for those willing to invest capital to be paired with local entrepreneurs for guaranteed entry to the “regulated” cannabis delivery market.

Let’s roll!
