THE VIEW FROM HERE - No rights derive from being Gay nor does anyone else under the growing LGBTQIA+ Movement gain any rights by virtue of that designation. LGBTQIA+ people have the same innate inalienable individual rights including Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness as each other human being. See Self-Identification Wokeism’s Equality, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusions, however, are not inalienable rights; in fact, they are antithetical to Liberty as they are based upon Group Rights.
Wokeism divides the world into two groups: The evil Oppressors (Jews and Whites) and good Oppresses (all minorities). By the Woke Doctrine of intersectionality, each alleged oppressed group must stand 100% in support of any other woke designated oppressed group. Thus, individuals may not be judged by individual character, but instead on the basis of which group they have been assigned. Each Jew is evil and must be exterminated by virtue of being categorized as an Oppressor, while Hamas, a terrorist organization, more violent and vicious than the German Nazis, is good and all Wokers must support Hamas “by any means necessary.” In the US, “by any means necessary” means promoting false blood libel defamations against Jews (intentionally kill women and children, Israel is both a colonizer and an apartheid state, the IDF is starving Gazans). The Woke use these vile lies to intimidate a weak president to support Hamas as the price to obtain the woke vote in November 2024. It’s as if Neville Chamberlain were still declaring, “Peace in Our Time” in 1942.
In the Midst of Vicious National Polarization Sits the LGBTQIA+ Community
At its core, however, LGBTQIA+ is incompatible with Wokeism in that Gay Rights are based upon the inalienable and constitutional right of individual liberty (and Life and Pursuit of Happiness). Nonetheless, much of its leadership champion Group Rights and set themselves up as modern Poverty Pimps, to use a term from the Great Society Programs. Poverty Pimps are simply people who use some group, Blacks, Mexican, Gays and now Jews (ADL, AJC, some JFEDs) as pawns for their own power ambitions. Because hate and fear are fantastic fund raising tools , the Oppressed group must always hate and fear the Oppressor– facts do not matter. The answer to any social problem is the same – Jewish White Oppression.
Poverty Pimps, like AOC and the ADL, always see a terrible threat from the evil other. Gays are supposed to hate and fear Straights including their own families. The most famously exploited group are Blacks who are urged to adopt the notion that White Oppression is so horrible that they cannot succeed in America — unless they pledge their allegiance to the poverty pimps, like Nancy Pelosi, Jamaal Bowman, AOC, etc. No longer is it “one nation with Justice and liberty for all,” but a fragmented, polarized society fighting for table scraps, while the Pimps walk off with all the power and wealth. How much of the millions of dollars raised by Black Lives Matter (BLM) went to buy milk formula for Black babies when the nation had a shortage in 2022 rather than for multi-million dollar homes for BLM leaders?
The Most Basic Liberty Is the Right to Self-identification
As explained in Self-identification Is the Most Basic Liberty, because our nation is based on individual inalienable rights, no one may infringe on anyone’s self-identity or restrict their rights because their identity may be upsetting to others. In other words, when a person is qualified by merit and/or character to engage in some activity, such as running for elected office or teaching school, that person may not be rejected based on some ascriptive characteristic such as blond hair, blue eyes, Gay, or Straight, or female, or Catholic, etc.
Our core American value of inalienable rights, especially Liberty, is an anathema to Wokeism, where the line between good and evil is drawn according to the group to which one belongs. Under Wokeism, Gays like Jews have no rights except those derived from their classification as Oppressor or Oppressed.
Most Gays, and all the others under the LGBTQIA+ banner, fail to realize that Gay Rights are not based on Equality, but on Liberty. The landmark case, which Wokers loath, is Lawrence vs. Texas, 539 U.S. 558 (2003). Rather that recite the entire opinion, Justice Kennedy’s opening paragraph makes clear that Liberty-Freedom are intrinsic to each individual and Equality has nothing to do with Gay Rights. In fact, Justice Kennedy intentionally omits Equality from his entire opinion as it is neither an inalienable right nor a constitutional right. He wrote:
“Liberty protects the person from unwarranted government intrusions into a dwelling or other private places. In our tradition the State is not omnipresent in the home. And there are other spheres of our lives and existence, outside the home, where the State should not be a dominant presence. Freedom extends beyond spatial bounds. Liberty presumes an autonomy of self that includes freedom of thought, belief, expression, and certain intimate conduct. The instant case involves liberty of the person both in its spatial and more transcendent dimensions.”
An individual’s Liberty-Freedom is never in referenced to someone else’s rights. Applied to military service, each Gay person has three inalienable rights to serve: Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness. Each person has a right to life and serving in the US military is an expression of that right. Every person is free to enlist, and each person has the right to Happiness, e.g., helping to protect his nation and family. Thus, no person, who satisfies the requirements to enlist, may be denied by placing him in some special group, e.g. Gay, female, Trans, Jewish, as a basis to deny his/her inalienable right to serve in the armed forces.
Many Gays have no desire to marry anyone, but marriage is a fundamental right, and thus, people wishing to marry cannot be denied that intimidate relationship by some ersatz classification. When it comes to Gay Marriage (a Liberty right), the nation encounters the worse Supreme Court decision of the 20th Century – Brown v. Board of Education, 347 U.S. 483 (1954) Brown shows the great evil that is done when a court needlessly throws out the Constitution and our core American values of individual inalienable rights in order to issue an “unconstitutional constitution” decision. All the Brown Court had to rule was: “Segregation deprives both Blacks and Whites of their inalienable right of Liberty, and hence, is per se unconstitutional.” Instead, the Warren Court denied that Blacks had the core right to Liberty. Instead it invented something called Equality of Outcome between Groups. Justice Kennedy rectified that pernicious doctrine for Gays in Lawrence v. Texas. See Repudiate Brown
The Brown Case still plagues us and is the underpinning of Wokeism and unless it is stopped, it will destroy the nation. Not since before the Civil War has America been so polarized along group lines. We see college students marching chanting for the extermination of Jews, and it seems just dandy to most people. Why? Because individual Jews are deemed evil oppressors by virtue of our birth.
From Gay to LGBTQIA+ to Pride
The reason Gay Rights is presently represented by so many letters is that Gays recognize that we are not the only individuals who are stigmatized and abused. Thus, Gays have accepted others whose self-identification offends others. The dominant theme of the 2024 WeHo, Long Beach, and Hollywood Gay Pride marches was acceptance and love. Flags just saying Pride were everywhere. In line with Justice Kennedy’s decision, each person’s self-identification is the most basic Liberty. Thus, Straight people have the same right to self-identification whether they began life as a different gender. I expect that by next year, it will be established that these are Pride Marches –not celebration of differences but as recognition that each human being has intrinsic worth no matter into what classification someone may wish to lump them. Pride Rights are 100% based on each individual’s inalienable Liberty-Freedom.
