Gascón Has Got To Go

LOS ANGELES

RantZ and RaveZ - The Time has come for Los Angeles County Voters to RECALL District Attorney George Gascón from office.

There are multiple reasons for this action, and we have the power of the Recall to Remove him and his Pro-Crime Anti-Victim agenda from office.  After all, Gascón already ruined San Francisco as the former Police Chief and District Attorney.  We don’t need him to do that in Los Angeles County.

A little over a year in office as the District Attorney for the 88 cities in Los Angeles County most people who follow the news or have been a crime victim realize that voters made a huge mistake electing George Gascón to office.  Since his election as the L.A. County District Attorney, Gascón has demonstrated that his mission is not to prosecute and hold criminals accountable for their Felony and Misdemeanor crimes.  Crimes ranging from Robbery to Murder and everything between.  Gascón is a rogue District Attorney who has turned the office into one concerned more about police accountability rather than the pursuit of justice for the thousands of crime victims who have become another statistic in the long list of crime victims.

The 2021 crime statistics in just Los Angeles City, one of the 88 cities in Los Angeles County, reflect a huge increase in Murders and Car Thefts along with other serious crimes.

An example is the Gascón policy on juveniles prosecuted as an adult.  Hannah Tubbs, a 26-year-old  white male who identifies as a transgender female, has a lengthy criminal record including violet crimes in multiple states.  Tubbs assaulted a 10 year-old girl in a restaurant restroom before his 18th birthday.  The case remained unsolved until a DNA match connected him with the crime.  Tubbs admitted to the crime.  At that time Tubbs was 26 years old.  Due to Gascón’s policy on juveniles charges as an adult, Tubbs was sentenced to serve time in a juvenile facility for two years where he remains today.  Tubbs should be in one of the state prisons for his crime against a child.

Some of the policies Gascón has implemented in the D.A.’s Office

  • Deputy District Attorneys can’t attend parole hearings.
  • No life without parole on any case.
  • No gun use allegations ever.
  • No gang allegations.
  • No death penalty for any defendant regardless of the heinous circumstances of the crime.

Misdemeanor charges shall be declined or dismissed before arraignment and without conditions unless “exceptions” or “Factors for consideration” exist:

Trespass, Disturbing the Peace, Driving without a Valid License, Driving on a Suspended License, Criminal Threats, Drug and Paraphernalia Possession, Minor in Possession of Alcohol, Drinking in Public, Under the Influence of Controlled Substance, Public Intoxication, Loitering, Loitering to commit Prostitution, Resisting Arrest.

The Recall Petitions are now available.

The Recall Petitions are now ready for distribution to all Los Angeles County Residents who are registered to vote.

You can obtain Recall Petitions online here.

I urge you to join me as the Recall Co-Chair and crime victims in signing the petition and help establish safety in all 88 cities in Los Angeles County.

566,857 signatures are needed to qualify for the Ballot.  The signatures must be submitted by July 6, 2022, and the Recall will appear on the November 2022 Election.

Do as I say….Not as I do…..

The photo tells the entire story.  Well, just part of it. California Governor Gavin Newsom, Mayor Eric Garcetti and The San Francisco Mayor London Breed all attended the Rams vs San Francisco 49ers football team last Sunday Jan 30 at SoFi Stadium.  From the published photo of the elected trio, it appeared they were seated in the VIP section.  While the seats for the average spectator were expensive, the VIP section cost is in the thousands of dollars.  While I watched the game on TV, it would not be unusual for the Rams team owner Stan Kroenke or some other VIP section occupant to invite the trio to their suite to view the game and enjoy a variety of refreshments specially prepared for the occasion.  It is also nice to be able to discuss future development project with elected officials who can assist with moving the project forward in an expeditious manner.  Were the seats for the elected officials comped or purchased?  That is the question.

At any rate, the Do as I say and Not as I do reflects on the photo taken and published showing Magic Johnson, Governor Newsom and Mayors Garcetti and Breed Not wearing masks as required while in public.  This is reflective of the Do as I say and Not as I do attitude displayed by many elected officials.  That may be why the FBI is conducting multiple investigations at Los Angeles City Hall.
