CITYWATCH TODAY--World-renowned cellist Yo-Yo Ma brought his Bach Project to the sister cities of Laredo, Texas, and Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, on Saturday. He performed in both cities and read the inscription from the Statue of Liberty in a touching effort on Laredo’s “Day of Action”.
