Alarming examples from their report: Arizona has voted to expand a racketeering law to allow police to arrest anyone involved in a protest and seize their assets. North Dakota proposed legislation to legalize running over protestors if they are blocking a roadway. Missouri lawmakers want to make it legal to wear a robe, mask or disguise to protest. Lawmakers in North Carolina want to make it a crime to heckle lawmakers. There’s more. It’s disconcerting. Check it out.
