Why Trump Can Murder with Impunity?

In honor of Renee Good (37-year-old mother of three) and Alex Pretti (37-year-old VA ICU nurse.

VOICES

THE VIEW FROM HERE - The short answer is The United States Supreme Court.   Western civilization’s political traditions, going back 4,000 years to prehistory have evolved the principles that no man is above the law, each person has inalienable rights, especially life and freedom, and the purpose of government is to protect those rights.  Power mongers who want total domination of others are the enemy of Truth, Justice and the American way.  Alfred the Great who codified the Nordic traditions in 803 CE and Jews fleeing slavery in Egypt would recognize the values of the Declaration of Independence and would have lauded the structure which the US Constitution provisions to protect each individual’s equal inalienable rights of Life and Liberty, that no man is above the law, and that everyone is entitled to due process.

Our freedoms have no greater enemy than The United State Supreme Court, especially Chief Justice John Robert and associate justice Samuel Alito.  The greatest attack on individual inalienable rights, however, is found in Brown v. Board of Education, 347 U.S. 483 (1954) which withheld from Blacks the individual inalienable right of liberty but it instead concocted some rights based on how poorly Blacks fared as group.  Under Brown and subsequent cases, if Blacks as a group did poorly, the answer was White racism, and solution was Group Rights, where Blacks were given what they had not earned.  While there can be zero doubt that white racism and the institution of slavery had devastating impact on Blacks, the solution was not to deny Blacks the inalienable right of liberty. Justice Harlan’s Dissent in Plessy v. Ferguson 163 U.S. 537 (1896), setting forth that the Separate But Equal Doctrine was unconstitutional as it violated everyone’s individual inalienable rights. See Plessy

There has been no greater gaslighting of the American people than the falsehood that Brown Decision had anything to do with truth, justice and the American way.  Instead, it provided the framework for repudiation if individual rights in favor of Group Rights and implementation of programs where Blacks were provided inferior education but employers were forced to hire them via a quota system known as Affirmative Action.  In the 1990's and then in the 2000's, The Brown Decisions’ Group Rights spread as Identity Politics and then became the racist and anti-Semitic Woke DEI. Trump won in 2016 and 2024 as Americans rejected Dems Woke DEI.

Trump’s ignorant buffoonery to rid Americans of Woke DEI is a disgrace.  Even Stephen Miller’s racism fails to explain the way in which Trump has attacked Woke DEI. If anything, Trump has turned Wokeism into a martyr. How does cutting billions of dollars from medical and other research help anyone in any way?  But that result begs the question, who allows Trump to get away with such assassin behaviors.

Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization 597 U.S. 215 (2022) not only denies women’s inalienable rights, but their rights shall be determined by the voters in each individual state.  Being an intellectual retard, Trump takes credit for one of the greatest setbacks in world jurisprudence.  As everyone should realize by now, Trump has zero use for the rule of law, for the rights of other people to stay alive, for the existence of NATO, for the sovereignty of other nations including our closest allies, for the existence of Israel where he wants anti-Semites on his Board of Peace so that Hamas may rearm as long as Witkoff negotiates real estate deals for the Trump family.  To top it off, Trump will become Emperor of the World as the permanent Honcho Numero Uno of his Peace Board.

As discussed previously, we are heirs to millennia of Western Civilization from both the Nordic North via Scotland and England and the legal traditions of the Torah and Bible and Europe with its successful revolutions of thought, e.g. Scientific Revolution, The Age of Enlightenment which thrashed out reason, liberty, and individual rights, The Industrial Revolution, the great philosophers going back to Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle to Thomas Hobbes and then John Locke (Life, Liberty and property), culminating in Thomas Jefferson and the framers of the US Constitution.  Then, in the case Trump v. United States, 603 U.S. 593 (2024), Chief Justice John Roberts trashed these thousands of years of the rule of law by granting Donald Trump absolute immunity to violate any and all criminal laws by claiming his criminal activities were to advance his constitutional duties.

Trump had his Secretary of Defense, Pig Hegseth, commit the crime of Perfidy (concealing military aircraft as civilian in order to murder civilians without warning) and then murdering over 180 innocent Caribbean boat people.  As we now know, Trump justified those killings on the spurious grounds that he was protecting America from thousands of deaths by Fentanyl overdose. After Trump seized Maduro, it was obvious that murdering the boat people was prelude to Trump’s seizing Venezuelan oil the proceeds of which will go into a Trump bank account in Qatar.  During these crimes against humanity, Trump said that he would turn the US military on the “enemy within,” i.e., anyone who opposed him. He has kept his word.

Fools and utter imbeciles pontificate that in Trump vs Illinois, the High Court has constrained Trump’s deployment of US military in our cities. Not at all!  Chief Justice Roberts laid out step by step for Trump the process to federalize a state’s National Guard. First, Trump has to invoke the Insurrection Act to call out the US army and the US Marines to murder Americans.  If a state’s governor should call out his National Guard, then Trump may federalize that state’s National Guard so that it becomes another tool to murder US citizens and do whatever other criminal action Trump desires.

Chief Justice Roberts could have stopped Trump a coup weeks ago if he had simply issued a decision in the Tariff Case declaring that all Trump’s tariffs are unconstitutional.  CJ Roberts’ goal, however, to turn America into a military dictatorship, i.e., the Unitary Executive, and Trump’s unconstitutional outrages bring that day ever closer. As Pogo said, “We have found the enemy and he is Chief Justice John Roberts.”
