West Hills: This May be a Non-Issue … or Not

VOICES--This may be a non-issue, but while walking my dog today I noticed some trucks with the "City of LA" logo on them.  One of them was a rental truck (from Herc Rentals) full of tools and pulling a small utility trailer of some sort.

VOICES--This may be a non-issue, but while walking my dog today I noticed some trucks with the "City of LA" logo on them.  One of them was a rental truck (from Herc Rentals) full of tools and pulling a small utility trailer of some sort.

I was wondering if you know why do they rent trucks and if it is a very temporary solution?  Because it can't be cheap to rent a truck or trucks long-term and would not be a wise budget decision, especially since I read elsewhere on this website that the city is facing a $200M deficit.
