CA LABOR VIEW - On Sunday of Labor Day weekend, President Biden took the unusual step of endorsing a California bill, the Agricultural Labor Relations Voting Choice Act (AB 2183), which is currently at Gov. Newsom’s desk awaiting either his signature or veto.

CALIFORNIA BILL - A highly contentious bill intended to allow some California teenagers to be vaccinated without parental consent has been shelved by the author, who said there were not enough votes to get it through on the final day of the legislative session.
