Venice Chamber Of Commerce Launches 2026 Agenda 

WESTSIDE - The Venice Chamber of Commerce launched its 2026 schedule of community events with a membership mixer on Wednesday evening at Washington Square Pizza located at 31 Washington Blvd just steps from the beach.  

Tima Bell, a local architect and member of the Venice Neighborhood Council, is a principal with Washington Square Pizza.  

About a hundred or so members and prospects mingled and networked as those in attendance forecasted an improved economic climate for the local business community.  

Los Angeles will be hosting the FIFA World Cup this year, the Super Bowl in 2027, and the Summer Olympics for a third time in 2028.  

The Venice Chamber of Commerce is a local business organization in Venice, that supports and promotes the interests of the area’s business community. It functions as a hub where business owners, professionals, and community leaders work together to help local commerce thrive. 

It’s a membership-based nonprofit business league (a 501(c)(6) organization) that brings together local businesses and professionals. Members range from small shops and restaurants to service providers and creative enterprises throughout Venice. 

The Chamber performs several key roles for its members and the community as it promotes local businesses through online directories, marketing opportunities, public referrals, and member features. 

The chamber hosts regular networking mixers, happy hours, committee activities, and other member events to help professionals connect and grow relationships. 

The VCC Acts as a collective voice for the business community, working with elected officials and city agencies on policies or issues that affect local businesses. Works to enhance Venice’s image as a vibrant place to work, live, visit, and do business by promoting civic engagement and local culture.  It also offers business resources, promotional tools, and opportunities to increase visibility through sponsorships, e-coupons, event hosting, and more. 

Venice based businesses and professionals can join as members, gaining access to benefits like listings in directories, promotional opportunities, and a voice in local business advocacy. Members are encouraged to participate in committees or events to have a greater influence in shaping local economic life.
