WESTSIDE - The situation at Rose Avenue has become intolerable again for residents as this picture from earlier this week displays.
Rose Avenue was cleaned and cleared in the past only to have RV's and encampments reappear.
Tents and structures seem to be mounting again as neighbors have witnessed open drug use and public urination, as the access to the sidewalks are once again blocked and inaccessible for residents.
This image was taken last week at Rose Avenue and Third, as the encampments extend to Fourth.
To the left you can witness a pedestrian avoiding the sidewalk due to the mounting debris and items as well as stationary vehicles.
Walking on the sidewalk is now dangerous for locals.
City Officials have been contacted, and the situation remains the same as of this morning.
