We’re Frustrated as Parked Vehicle Becomes Nuisance and Safety Issue in Venice

WESTSIDE - An out-of-state vehicle has been parked in the same space for weeks as locals have become intolerant of his actions and behavior.

Seen here, the individual appears to be living in his vehicle and has been seen jumping in and out of his window to the dismay of residents at Fourth Avenue.

He also has a bicycle that is chained to his front right tire.

The individual appears to be in his mid to late 40's and the vehicle has replaced the bus that occupied the same space.

This image was taken on Monday, September 29th.

Neighbors claim the individual has been jumping out of the car and has been standing on the roof of this vehicle to the dismay of residents.

Locals have stated they support the actions of the LAPD, but to date have not witnessed any enforcement to date regarding this particular vehicle.

The exact location is apparently 320 Fourth between Rose and Sunset.

Locals believe a primary problem is the Public Storage facility which seems to attract vagrants and other individuals who do not live in Venice.

Local tenants near the vehicle have safety concerns given the amount of time the vehicle has been parked in the same place.
