The research, conducted by Kuzyk Law, analyzed data from Google Keyword Planner for 2025 on searches related to pedestrian accident representation, including queries such as “pedestrian accident lawyer,” “pedestrian accident attorney near me,” and “crosswalk accident lawyer.” The number of searches was calculated per 100,000 residents in each state to identify where Americans most actively seek legal help after pedestrian accidents.

California ranks fifth with an average of 28.67 searches per 100,000 residents, 66.5% higher than the national average of 17.22 searches per 100,000 residents. The Golden State recorded an average of 11,370 monthly searches in 2025 among its population of 39,663,800. Highly searched terms included “pedestrian accident lawyer near me,” “pedestrian injury attorney,” and “crosswalk accident lawyer.”
