L.A. County Recruiting Bilingual Election Workers

The Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk is recruiting bilingual community members to serve as Election Workers during the November 3 General Election.

Election Workers help open and operate Vote Centers, process and assist voters, answer questions and support the voting process. Workers receive training and can earn up to $1,080 during the election period. Qualified bilingual workers can also receive an additional $100 stipend.

The County has a particular need for people who speak English and Japanese, Korean, Khmer, Chinese, Tagalog, Thai, Armenian, Farsi, Vietnamese, Russian, Gujarati, Urdu, Hindi, Lao or Mongolian.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and either a U.S. citizen registered to vote in California or a legal permanent resident.
