IN CONFORMITY WITH THE GOVERNOR'S EXECUTIVE ORDER N-29-20 (MARCH 17, 2020) AND DUE TO CONCERNS OVER COVID-19, THIS MEETING OF EMPOWERMENT CONGRESS WEST AREA NDC WILL BE CONDUCTED ENTIRELY ONLINE.
