In conformity with the Governor's Executive Order N-29-20 (March 17, 2020) and due to concerns over COVID- 19, all Commission meetings will be conducted entirely telephonically.

PUBLIC INPUT ACCESS: Members of the public who wish to offer audio public comment should call +1 669 254 5252 and use Meeting ID No. 160 604 2646 followed by the # (pound sign). Participants will be asked to press # (pound sign) again to continue. To raise your hand on this phone call to give public comment, press *9 on your phone key pad.

Speakers are limited to a maximum of one (1) minute on a single agenda item or two (2) minutes on multiple agenda items, for a maximum of two (2) minutes. The total time allotted to an individual for public comments may be further limited by the Commission in order to accommodate the number of public comment speaker cards submitted or if the Commission may lose a quorum.
