Valley Alliance of Neighborhood Councils Mixer

Dear VANC Representatives and friends,

Our VANC 13th ANNIVERSARY MIXER is fast approaching! Attached you will find the flyer with the details.  Please distribute to your Board and Committee members. 

The MIXER is a great opportunity for you to meet Elected Officials and Department Heads on a one-on-one basis... many have already confirmed their attendance! Introductions will be throughout the evening.

The No-host bar opens at 6 p.m. and the official WELCOME is at 6:30 p.m. Be sure to be present with your Board members for our traditional Roll Call of Neighborhood Councils. We want the elected officials to see who you are!
  
You MUST RSVP so that your name will be at the Studio Gate. DEADLINE for the RSVP is March 4.  Send your name and neighborhood council to [email protected]. We need to know the count in advance to appropriately place the food order and to get the attendance list to the Gate.
