The Million Dollar Piano, his spectacularly designed Las Vegas residency, is still packing out Caesars Palace three years after it began. He can count himself a godfather of modern pop music, but Elton is also a real life godfather - to some very famous kids. He's godparent to John Lennon's son Sean and David Beckham's children, Romeo and Brooklyn.
