NEIGHBORHOOD POLITICS-LA City Councilman Joe Buscaino considering congressional run for seat now held by Rep. Janice Hahn 

Los Angeles City Councilman Joe Buscaino, who represents the southernmost stretches of the city, is considering running for a congressional seat that could be vacated by Rep. Janice Hahn (D-San Pedro). 

Hahn is weighing a run for the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, which could leave her seat in the House of Representatives up for grabs in 2016.  (Read the rest)
