 LA GIVES BACK - In a heartwarming display of community support and generosity, 73-year-old Monica Camacho has received the gift of mobility—a fully accessible van—thanks to a successful fundraising campaign. Monica, diagnosed with ALS in September 2023, faced the daunting challenge of losing her independence. The wheelchair van, a critical necessity for her mobility, was not covered by insurance. But her community rallied together, and now, Monica is overjoyed to have regained her ability to travel.

**A Community Effort with Help Hope Live**

Monica’s family, with the assistance of the nonprofit **Help Hope Live**, launched a fundraising effort to secure the funds for the accessible van.
