| \| The Department of Neighborhood Empowerment (DONE) will host a virtual informational session for Homelessness Liaisons, Neighborhood Council Board Members, and Stakeholders to prepare for the 2026 Homelessness Counts, including the large-scale Greater Los Angeles Homeless Count led by the Los Angeles Homelessness Services Authority (LAHSA).  Date: Thursday, January 8, 2026  Time: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM  Location: Virtual (Zoom) \| \|:--\| |
