(Cannabis Procedures Ordinance). The most recent proposal provides application process timelines, revises definitions, creates a refiling process for Applicants, and clarifies the process for Phase 3 Retail Round 2.  In accordance with Council instruction, the Office of the City Attorney [transmitted the draft ordinance](https://lacity.us4.list-manage.com/track/click?u=e9597916338dc914165b2d760&id=b01d90539d&e=de2d57131f) on March 15, 2022 which reflects these amendments. In addition, DCR has also updated the Rules and Regulations to support and provide further clarity to the licensing processes and operational requirements.
