Login details are above; the agenda will not be needed to access the meeting.*      The PPCC Land Use Committee (LUC) will meet via Zoom on **January 11, 2022,** from 5:30-7:30pm, to discuss the matter of zoning regulations for residential properties in Pacific Palisades that meet the following **three criteria:**       1) zoned ***R1 one-family***;    2) designated as ***non-hillside****;* and    3) located in the ***coastal zone.***     The LUC will seek input from community members as to **whether or not a change in the current zoning regulations for these properties should be requested** and if so, how the regulations should be changed.
