**Special Joint Board and Health & Public Safety Committee Agenda**

**Saturday, September 26, 2020 10am Meeting Starts**

Via Zoom Conference Call

IN CONFORMITY WITH THE GOVENOR'S EXECUTIVE ORDER N-29-20 (MARCH 17, 2020) AND DUE TO CONCERNS OVER COVID-19, THE BOARD OF LAKE BALBOA NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCIL AND VARIOUS COMMITTEE MEETINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ENTIRELY TELEPHONICALLY AND VIA WEB.

The public is requested to fill out a “**Speaker Card**” to address the Board on any item of the agenda prior to the Board taking action on an item. Agenda is posted for public review at Ralph’s Market, 17250 Saticoy St.; and online. As a covered entity under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Los Angeles does not discriminate on the basis of disability and upon request, will provide reasonable accommodation to ensure equal access to its programs, services, and activities. Sign language interpreters, assistive listening devices, or other auxiliary aids and/or services may be provided upon request.
