6a) New Business - Begin study of METRO’s proposed Sepulveda Transit Corridor Project and how it may impact the built environment of Sherman Oaks.

i) Presentation of METRO proposal.
ii)Public comment and discussion.
iii)Committee discussion and possible motion and vote.

6b) New Business – Study and identify potential parking structure locations in Sherman Oaks on or near Ventura Blvd.

i) Presentation of study objectives.
