We have studied the targeted areas and identified the points of entry and exit used by these criminals. In response, the Homeowners of Encino will hold an in-person meeting at our Local Police Department Conference Room due to the importance of the subject: the SAFETY of our FAMILIES. This critical topic surpasses the limitations of a Zoom call, where issues such as muted participants and restricted speaking time hinder effective communication. Goals and Objectives of the Meeting: - Bring our community together to receive and share information - Discuss proven and successful actions implemented by other communities and the LAPD - Develop strategies to prevent Encino from being a "TARGETED COMMUNITY" Your attendance and participation are crucial.
