**Dennis P. Zine** is a retired LAPD supervisor and former Los Angeles City Councilman who served the 3rd District for 12 years. Known for his focus on public safety and community engagement, Zine continues his commitment to civic service as General Manager of Bell Canyon in Ventura County. His career reflects decades of leadership in law enforcement, local government, and neighborhood advocacy across Southern California.
