> Thanks to the ACLU legal team's TRO as VPC and their bogus amphitheater are essentially locked out of the VA grounds.

> As we know, the ACLU legal team won a Federal Judgment against the VA that includes nine illegal occupants.

> Shamefully, the VA along with U.S. Attorneys and a couple high-powered and expensive laws firms are appealing the Judgment, even though it is considered morally and legally indefensible by some of our nation's most distinguished legal scholars.

> Moreover, many of the culprits who have been operating outside the "rule of law" at the West Los Angeles VA by aiding and abetting in this biggest land-fraud scandal in American history ... are on the run.
