> Some homeowners are concerned that some new houses, such as this one on Mansfield Avenue, are out of character with the neighborhood.

> Councilman Paul Koretz, 5th District, has authored a motion that would address what some people have described as “loopholes” in the city’s existing Baseline Mansionization Ordinance (BMO), which was created in 2008.

> “I started this in the Beverly Grove area five years ago when I was running for election because when I was going door-to-door, people were asking me for relief.
