Culprits Behind LA Vets ‘Land-Fraud’ Scandal are on the Run

ARCHIVE

VETERANS AFFAIRS-All the culprits behind the biggest land-fraud scandal in American history are either on the run or being locked out of the Los Angeles VA.

Court Halts Amphitheater Construction on West LA Veterans Campus -- Los Angeles Times

The above LA Times article is about 9th Circuit Court Judges recently enforcing the ACLU's Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) to stop the construction of an sham Hollywood amphitheater (photo below) being illegally built by Veterans Park Conservancy (VPC) on Federal VA property.

Thanks to the ACLU legal team's TRO as VPC and their bogus amphitheater are essentially locked out of the VA grounds.

As we know, the ACLU legal team won a Federal Judgment against the VA that includes nine illegal occupants.

Shamefully, the VA along with U.S. Attorneys and a couple high-powered and expensive laws firms are appealing the Judgment, even though it is considered morally and legally indefensible by some of our nation's most distinguished legal scholars.

Moreover, many of the culprits who have been operating outside the "rule of law" at the West Los Angeles VA by aiding and abetting in this biggest land-fraud scandal in American history ... are on the run.

Co-defendant VA Secretary Eric Shinseki resigned in disgrace; Co-defendant West LA VA executive director Donna Beiter retired in disgrace; West LA VA finagler-in-chief Ralph Tillman retired in disgrace, Congressman and cronyism-in-chief Henry Waxman is retiring in disgrace.

Thanks to "Vietnam Veterans of America," lead Plaintiff in the ACLU lawsuit and the leadership of their National President and CEO, John Rowan, along with Region 9 Director, Dick Southern, as we work together to bring an end to the thousands upon thousands of disabled homeless Vietnam War-era Veterans here in Los Angeles.

Incredulously, nationwide there are now more homeless Vietnam War Veterans than were killed during the War, which ended nearly 40 years ago.

Be a voice for our voiceless disabled homeless Veterans as we work toward evicting the bad guys and bringing the good guys "Home" on these sacred grounds.

Join us this Sunday as we celebrate more than 350 consecutive Sunday Rallies to "Save Our Veterans Land" and to "Bring Our Homeless Veterans HOME."
