My name is Christian Cristiano and I am excited to be teaming up with CityWatchLA to bring you valuable information about health wellness and spirituality.

I am a licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist with over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry.

Together with CityWatch, we will be bringing you up to date information about hot health and wellness topics running the gamut from healthy food choices to how to get started with your very own meditation practice.  

We will also be hosting experts in the health and wellness world on my show Wellness for Realists and you will have access to these videos as well.
